Article Objective:
The purpose of this article is to provide you with information about your Ally Extended Warranty and how to submit a claim.
Affected Units:
Vandoit vans whose owners have an Ally Extended Warranty
Extended Warranty Information:
1. First, it is important to note that each Ally Extended Warranty is different, as it applies to a specific van and is subject to coverage amounts the owner elected. Therefore, this article cannot comprehensively cover all information about your specific warranty.
2. If you have an Ally Extended Warranty, you should have received a certificate with your van's purchase paperwork. If you are unable to locate this certificate, please contact Vandoit's Finance & Insurance Team: fandi@vandoit.com
3. We recommend keeping the Ally certificate with the van at all times--in the glove box or in a folder/binder of van documents. You may need to present it to shops/dealerships as proof of coverage.
4. The Ally Extended Warranty covers Ford chassis items, not the Vandoit upfit or third-party manufactured components like the Dometic air conditioner or Espar heater. However, the Vandoit upfit warranty mirrors your Ally Extended Warranty.
5. If you require roadside assistance, call the Ally Roadside Assistance number: 888-798-5707
How to Submit a Claim to Ally Under Your Extended Warranty
2. Call Ally Claims at 1-800-631-5590 to open a claim.
3. If you have identified a dealership/shop you'd like to service your van, ask Ally if the dealership/shop you plan to work with is an Ally participating dealership. If the dealership/shop is not, Ally can direct you on a participating dealership/shop in your area to work with instead.

Please note: Having repair work done at a service center outside of Ally's network may result in out-of-pocket expenses.
4. From there, Ally and the dealership should work together to move the repairs forward, and Ally will let you know how their coverage of the repairs works.
5. If any questions come up during the repair process regarding the Vandoit upfit, contact the Vandoit Customer Support Team by replying to the ticket you created. Include contact information for the dealership/shop servicing your van.
Warranty Claims for Items Associated with the Van Upfit
1. If you believe warranty service is needed that may be covered under the Vandoit upfit warranty, contact the Vandoit Customer Support Team by submitting a ticket or emailing support@vandoit.com.
Include a description of the issue and attach relevant photos and/or video.
2. If you believe warranty service is needed on a third-party manufactured component, contact the manufacturer directly. Then, notify the Vandoit Customer Support Team: In some situations, we can help expedite the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.

Please note: Vandoit does not reimburse for service or repair work that has not been authorized by our Customer Support Team.
