What to Expect if You Purchased Your Vandoit Privately

What to Expect if You Purchased Your Vandoit Privately

If you purchased your Vandoit adventure van from a source other than Vandoit, welcome to the Vandoit family!  Please feel free to use the Vandoit Owner Support Portal to ask questions about your van and to send any requests to purchase Vandoit products, and make use of the Vandoit Knowledge Base in the Owner Support Portal to get to know your van better.

The Vandoit warranty on your van transfers from the first owner to you, and it mirrors the Ford 3-year, 36,000 mile warranty.  Please note that third-party products (such as the Espar heater or Dometic refrigerator) follow the manufacturer's warranty, and all warranty claims should be submitted directly to the manufacturer.  However, please make Vandoit aware of these third-party manufacturer warranty claims so our team can assist as we are able.

Vandoit offers extended warranties; to find out more about purchasing an extended warranty for your van, please contact our Finance and Insurance team: fandi@vandoit.com.

Please let us know if you would like to schedule a time to have the Vandoit Service Team perform a full bumper-to-bumper look-over of your van at our Blue Springs, Missouri, facility, which involves a full inspection of all van systems and addressing all TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) items to bring your van up to current factory standards.  This could also be a good time to look into installing a Qlift and suspension upgrades, Galley & Storage Modules, and/or maintenance services like a tire rotation and oil change.  To schedule a service appointment, just send an email to service@vandoit.com with a description of the services you would like to have done, along with your van's VIN and date of purchase.

Lastly, if you have questions about your van, please submit a ticket through the Customer Support portal or email support@vandoit.com.  Include your van's VIN and date of purchase, and attach photos of the item(s) you have questions about.

Again, welcome to the Vandoit family!  We're so glad you're adventuring with us!
