Water Is Not Working (MOOV Model)
Confirmed Issue:
Water in the MOOV van is not working or running properly.
Affected Units:
Any Vandoit MOOV with a water system
Issue Explanation:
The water system in the MOOV van can have inconsistent water pressure or stop working for one of a couple reasons, including valves being closed, pump malfunctions, or pressure leaks.
Resolution:
1. Check to make sure the water source (large holding tank if using the 15-gallon or 22-gallon water system, jerry can if using the water box) is full of water.
2. Make sure the system is plugged into a wall outlet. Because wall outlets require AC power, make sure the inverter is turned on.
3. If using the 15- or 22-gallon tank, make sure the black selector knob is turned to fill from the tank, not from auxiliary fill.
4. Turn the white water pump switch on and listen for noise from the pump. The switch should be illuminated red. There are two switches mounted on the face of the water system (one for the pump, the other for the hot water tank), but there is also a set of remote controls elsewhere in your van--be sure to try both switches labeled "pump."

Note: The water pump may not make noise if the water lines are already primed and pressurized with water. 5. Pull the silver mixing valve knob on the box toward you (i.e. away from the box) to request water from the mixed output, which supplies water to the sprayer and interior shower.
Be advised: Rotating the silver mixing knob clockwise and counter-clockwise adjusts the temperature but will not trigger water to flow.
6. Make sure all water line connections are airtight; check the connections using the instructions in this article.
Note: When connecting water lines, you may experience slight resistance. Make sure to insert the water line until it cannot be inserted any farther.
7. Try spraying water using the coiled hose and sprayer. The sprayer should have good water pressure, and you should hear the pump making noise to keep the line primed.
8.
