Alert
If you are planning on using two different style tires for your van, we recommends having a second set of wheels and tires to swap between--for example, all-terrain tires/off-road tires versus highway tires. If you attempt to dismount and remount the tires on the same set of wheels, it is not uncommon for them to be damaged during the dismounting process, resulting in the loss of the tire.

Wheel Brand & Specifications:
Vandoit uses Ultra Motorsports Ultra Toil Rims on most vans.  See below for specific models.

A simple identifying feature is the number of lug nuts: Rear wheel drive wheels have 5 lug nuts, while all wheel drive wheels have 6.

Recommended tire pressures:

Long, single wheel chassis: Door sticker recommends 57 PSI front, 70 PSI rear
Extra long, dual wheel chassis: Door sticker recommends 70 PSI front, 55 PSI each rear

Idea
For larger, all-terrain tires, running 5-10 PSI below door sticker recommendation can be the "sweet spot" for maximizing ride comfort, performance, and tire wear.

Recommended tire rotations:

Four tires: If you have four tires and a non-matching full size spare, do not include the spare in the rotation. We recommended this rotation pattern: The front left tire rotates to the rear left location. The rear left tire rotates front right location. The front right tire rotates to the rear right location. The rear right tire rotates to the front left location.

Five tires: If you have four tires and a matching full size spare, include the spare tire into the rotation. We recommended this rotation pattern: The front left tire rotates to the rear left location. The rear left tires rotates front right location. The front right tire rotates to the spare tire location. The spare tire rotates to the rear right location. The rear right tires rotates to the front left location.

Dually tires: Despite what a shop might say, we have found the best practice is not to rotate any tires. Once tires have worn out, have them replaced. The front tires will likely need to be replaced before any of the rear dually tires will need to be replaced. With four tires in the rear, they tend to wear more evenly. However, the front tires with start to show wear on the sides at a faster rate.

Alert
Please note: After rotating tires, make sure to adjust tire pressure to the correct amount for the tire's location. Additionally, make sure the TPMS sensors have been re-trained for their new locations. This can be done at a local Ford dealership or Discount Tire location, who can also troubleshoot and fix any faulty sensors. Lastly, make sure to re-torque the lug nuts to 150ft/lb.
An industry recommendation is to get the wheels re-torqued to after the first 100 miles or when you drive back home.  Vandoit always torques wheels after installation and on delivery day.

Alert
Please note: All-terrain tires are a bigger tire and create a 6-10% variance in dashboard readings. For example, going 70mph means you are going approximately 77mph. We recommend verifying this on your own van by downloading and using a speedometer app.  This Speedometer Calibration Calculator can also be a helpful tool for calculating the mph difference between stock tires and all-terrain tires.
