Mastervolt BAT Primary Low Capacity Alarm

Confirmed Issue:

The Mastervolt EasyView 5 is displaying an BAT Primary Low Capacity alarm message.

Affected Units:

Any Vandoit van with a Mastervolt Lithium Battery System

Explanation:

The battery capacity is below 20% usable remaining capacity.

This BAT Primary Low Capacity alarm message is indicating that you are low on battery voltage and the Vandoit battery system needs to be charged soon.

Resolution:

1.  Tap the "Snooze" option on the alarm screen to silence the alarm.

2.  Plug your van into shore power and/or start the engine to begin charging the lithium battery system.

3.  For a standard lithium battery system, keep shore power plugged in for about 3 hours or drive the vehicle for about 6 hours to charge the battery system to 100%.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please submit a ticket through the Vandoit Customer Support portal or email support@vandoit.com with a description of what you are experiencing and photo(s) of each of the Mastervolt EasyView 5 pages.
