Espar “Motor Speed” Error Message
Confirmed Issue:
The Espar Digi-Max D-1000 displays the error message "motor speed."
Affected Units:
Any Vandoit van with a Espar Digi-Max D-1000 controller
Explanation:
The Espar Digi-Max D-1000 displays the error message "motor speed" and will not run.
Resolution:
Please submit a ticket through the Vandoit Customer Support portal or email support@vandoit.com with a description of what you are experiencing and photo(s) of the Espar error message(s). The Vandoit Support Team will guide you to schedule an appointment at Vandoit or an alternate service center that can service your Espar and resolve the motor speed error.
Note that the Espar motor is rated for 3,000 to 5,000 hours of run time. An Espar service center will be able to determine if the motor is ready for replacement.
